Refund Policy

All payments made for photography services are non-refundable once the session has taken place and images have been delivered. If a client wishes to cancel a booking, written notice must be provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, as time and resources will have already been allocated to the booking.

Rescheduling
If you are unable to proceed with your booking on the scheduled date, you may request to reschedule the session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and will not incur any additional fees. Requests made within 48 hours of the session may incur a fee or result in loss of deposit, depending on the circumstances and costs already incurred. Only one reschedule will be permitted per booking unless otherwise agreed.

No-Show
If the client fails to attend the scheduled session without providing any notice, the full deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. In such cases, a new booking (including a new deposit) will be required to secure another session time.

In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to deliver the agreed services due to illness, technical failure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, the client may choose to reschedule the session at no additional cost or receive a full refund of any payments made. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after services have been rendered or for dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond the photographer’s control (e.g., client lateness, poor weather, or lack of cooperation during the shoot).
