1. Introduction
By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Services
All photography services offered on this website are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Booking a service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights
All images created by the photographer remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final images for personal or promotional use only. Images may not be resold, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the photographer.

4. Social Media Posting Consent
The photographer may request permission to share selected images for promotional use on social media platforms and marketing materials. No images will be posted without the client’s written consent. Clients may withdraw consent at any time in writing, and the photographer will remove the content as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Booking & Payment
A booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed. All prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If the client cancels a booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, the deposit may be forfeited. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Turnaround Time & Delivery
Edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Delivery will be made via a private online gallery or downloadable link. RAW files will only be supplied if specifically stated in the package.

8. Limitation of Liability
While all reasonable measures are taken, the photographer will not be liable for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver images due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including illness, technical failure, or weather).

9. Client Cooperation
The client is responsible for providing accurate information and any necessary permissions (e.g., location access). The photographer is not liable for delays or incomplete results due to lack of cooperation.

10. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the booking process will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required for the delivery of services.

11. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
